Tim is a true professional — patient, attentive to every detail, and great at communication. He kept me updated at every step of the process: from choosing my own stone and ring setting to virtual design and to the final product. He even showed me detailed videos of the stone, the certification, and finally a video of the finished ring. The whole process went very smoothly, and the result is absolutely stunning. So happy and amazed to receive my ring! Took about 1.5 months from start to finish and there were some minor hiccups in communication, but Tim was mostly prompt in responding to emails. Frank, the goldsmith, was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose pickup so he could explain the diamonds and even show me the GIA inscriptions. Overall, a great experience with a stunning result!
